Cosmetic Dental Veneers
Dental veneers are thin porcelain ceramic facings that adhere to the front of teeth. Porcelain ceramic materials beautifully mimic the luster and translucency of natural teeth; they are also more resistant to staining and incredibly durable.
Cosmetic dental veneers require minimal tooth preparation. Veneers are a great option to address cosmetic dental problems like chipped or worn teeth, gaps between teeth or slightly crooked or rotated teeth.
Our dentists will work closely with you to create a plan to arrive at the size, shape and shade for your cosmetic dental veneers that best compliments your natural teeth. We may recommend teeth whitening to lighten your other teeth, and then match your porcelain restorations to your new, brighter shade.

Dental Crowns
Dental crowns cover the entire surface of the tooth. When a crown is necessary to restore tooth structure, high quality materials can create a durable, natural-looking result. A tooth fitted with a custom dental crown will be better protected from further deterioration, preserving its place and function in the mouth for years to come.
CEREC® Same Day Crowns
The dentists at Dental Care Associates of Waycross have invested in the training and technology to provide our patients with CEREC® one-visit crowns. This dental CAD-CAM system uses 3D imaging to design and produce your beautiful dental crown while you wait.
To prepare a tooth for a crown, your dentist will remove any decay or broken filling material and shape the tooth to serve as support for the crown. The tooth is scanned to create a digital impression, and the dentist designs your crown to fit the tooth and compliment your smile.
CEREC® technology gives Dr. Crummey the tools and equipment to make your crown while you wait! You can watch your crown being milled to see CAD-CAM dental technology at work.
Our patients enjoy the convenience of CEREC® crowns - and, the best part, there are no goopy impressions or annoying temporary crowns. Everything is digital!
Dental crowns are also used to complete the placement of dental implants. The implant serves as the structural support for a crown, specially designed to attach to the dental implant.
